Techniques Tables Ltd Techniques Tables Ltd products are subject to lifetime guarantee against defects in the design or craftsmanship of the product. Fabric and moving parts are subject to a 3-year repair or replacement guarantee. Any part deemed to be under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer, only when the item is returned to the original dealer. (Any additional damage caused as a result of not repairing or replacing a damaged part is considered neglect and is not covered under warranty). If unable to return an item to the original dealer, special permission must be obtained from the manufacturer and at the discretion of the manufacturer. With the exception of replacement parts, any charges related to on site repair or labour must be paid by the customer. Damages caused during shipping are the responsibility of the customer and the shipping company unless shipping insurance was purchased. A 30-day money back guarantee applies to all tables. Money back guarantee applies to the price of the table. Any shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not subject to refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. Special order or custom items are non-returnable. Fabric and upholstery Fabric guarantee applies to the fabric coming apart at the seams, stitching or tearing at the staples, it does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear or neglect such as tearing or cracking of the upholstery, fading or discolouring (the lifespan of any fabric can vary depending on environment conditions). Damaged fabric will be repaired or replaced free of charge to the customer only when the item is returned to the original dealer and deemed by the manufacturer to be under warranty. (Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer). If unable to return the item to the original dealer, special permission must be obtained from the manufacturer. Moving parts or Components Moving parts or components such as drop sections are subject to a 3-year parts repair or replacement guarantee. (The Electric elevation motor is subject to a 1 year manufactures warranty) Guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse normal wear and tear or neglect. The part in question will be repaired or replaced free of charge to the customer only when the item is returned to the original dealer and deemed by the manufacturer to be under warranty.
